He was on time, took time to explain everything, efficient in completing has task, went above and beyond some requests and requirements, and cleaned up the areas as needed. Outstanding Service – Jesse Went Above and Beyond!

We had a fantastic experience with Bliss Plumbing, especially Jesse Messerli!

We had a recurring drainage issue where our kitchen and laundry room share a drain line, causing water to back up into our laundry room. This happened last year, so it was frustrating to deal with it again.

Jesse came out on very short notice and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly. The clog was stubborn enough that he actually had to drive all the way to Charlotte to pick up a larger drain snake, then come back to finish the job. Despite the extra time and effort, he didn’t charge us anything additional!

What impressed us most was his thoroughness and honesty. He didn’t just clear the clog and leave. He used a camera to inspect the pipe, tested both the kitchen and laundry drains to make sure everything was flowing properly, and took the time to explain what might be causing the recurring issue.

He also gave us practical advice on preventing future problems and explained what our options might be if it happens again. There was absolutely no pressure to pay for additional services or unnecessary repairs.

Jesse was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. The pricing was very fair, especially considering how much extra effort he put in.
